Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 12-15+ years of core SAP FICO experience, including a proven track record leading functional architecture in full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations. Direct experience migrating complex enterprise environments from legacy ERPs to SAP S/4HANA is required, along with in-depth knowledge of UAE Tax Regulations, multi-currency setups, and real estate/contract lease accounting. SAP Functional Lead - FICO Location: Dubai, UAEDiscover the roleWe are seeking a hands-on, senior SAP FICO Lead on behalf of a Dubai-based holding Group to re-engineer end-to-end finance processes, manage delivery governance, and lead the finance workstream across a complex multi-entity environment.Design, configure, and maintain core FI/CO modules (Universal Journal/ACDOCA, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, FSCM, and RE-FX/Contract Lease).Lead the migration from Oracle EBS to SAP, applying strict fit-to-standard principles and managing Chart of Accounts and Master Data structure design.Direct hybrid onshore/offshore delivery teams and serve as the primary functional bridge between external system integrators and executive leadership.Drive user enablement, change management, and end-to-end business process adoption across diverse operating units.Requirements12–15+ years of core SAP FICO experience, including a proven track record leading functional architecture in full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.Direct experience migrating complex enterprise environments from legacy ERPs to SAP S/4HANA.In-depth knowledge of UAE Tax Regulations, multi-currency setups, and real estate/contract lease accounting.Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT.
