Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Develop, maintain, and monitor project cost forecasts, budgets, schedules, and performance reports. Support the preparation and maintenance of project baselines, schedules, cost plans, and progress measurement systems. Track project performance against approved baselines, including cost, schedule, progress, risks, and key variances. Prepare periodic project status reports and dashboards for management review. Analyze cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions. Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting. Support cash flow forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis. Prepare and deliver reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Primavera P6, SAP, and other project controls tools. Identify project risks, delays, and cost impacts, and support mitigation planning. Support change control processes, including assessment of cost and schedule impacts. Maintain accurate project records and documentation for audit and governance purposes. Ensure project control activities comply with internal policies, client requirements, and organizational standards. Promote project controls best practices across assigned projects. Responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS You Must Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; Finance, Construction Management, or related disciplines may also be considered. 5–6 years of experience in project controls, cost control, planning, scheduling, or project performance management. Strong knowledge of cost forecasting, schedule forecasting, variance analysis, and project reporting. Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and SAP. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools. Good understanding of finance and accounting principles related to project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. We Value PMP, PMI-SP, RMP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent certification. Experience in multinational or regional project environments. Knowledge of Earned Value Management, S-curves, cost-loaded schedules, and project performance KPIs.
