Job Purpose:In this role, you will lead and manage construction projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You'll coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to plan and oversee all phases of construction.Job Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects.Review project scope of work, execution plan, and construction strategies.Allocate resources, schedule, coordinate staff, and main contractor.Monitor and control contractors, consultants, and all activities on site to meet project deadlines.Ensure site safety and target quality during different construction phases.Supervise and manage all of project construction activities.Conduct inspections and resolve any issues that arise.Document project progress, challenges, and resolutions.Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirementsJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in construction projects and real estate.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulationsProficiency in project management tools and softwareAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities.
