Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.- 5–8 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, and Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.- Strong experience in preparing Technical & Commercial Tender Submissions.- Excellent knowledge of Quantity Take-off, BOQ, and Cost Estimation.- Experience in analyzing Tender Documents, Drawings, Specifications, and Contracts.- Ability to prepare detailed Material, Labor, Equipment, and Subcontractor Cost Estimates.- Strong knowledge of Construction Methods and Pricing.- Experience in obtaining and analyzing Supplier & Subcontractor Quotations.- Ability to prepare Tender Comparison Sheets and Commercial Analysis.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relevant engineering software.- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines.
