Requirements
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of logistics staff (warehouse associates, drivers, dispatchers). Plan and monitor inbound/outbound shipments, manage inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations. Track KPIs, develop process improvements, prepare documentation, and train/mentor staff to support supply chain goals.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of logistics staff, including warehouse associates, drivers, and dispatchers.Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and receipt.Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues and improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal transportation requirements.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery accuracy, transit time, and cost efficiency.Develop and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse layout, material handling, and logistics workflows.Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory.Train, mentor, and evaluate logistics staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.Collaborate with procurement and production teams to support overall supply chain goals.
