This has established Danat Al Emarat as a regional referral center for women with high-risk pregnancies, supported by its Level III NICU providing care for the most fragile newborns.A Supervisor-Clinical Operations is a registered nursing professional responsible for overseeing the daily operations of nursing services, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting nursing staff across assigned units. The Nursing Supervisor provides clinical leadership, coordinates staffing and resource allocation, ensures compliance with healthcare policies and regulatory standards, and promotes a safe and efficient patient care environment. This role serves as a key link between nursing staff, physicians, department leaders, patients, and their families to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff across assigned units and departments.Monitor patient care activities and ensure compliance with established clinical standards, policies, and procedures.Manage staffing schedules, patient assignments, and nursing workforce allocation to meet operational needs.Conduct performance evaluations, competency assessments, and provide coaching and mentorship to nursing staff.Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control measures, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and department leaders to optimize patient outcomes.Respond to and resolve patient care issues, complaints, and clinical incidents in a timely manner.Participate in recruitment, orientation, and retention of nursing personnel.Monitor and maintain adequate supplies, equipment, and resources required for patient care delivery.Review and audit nursing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and organizational standards.Support quality improvement initiatives, accreditation activities, and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices.Facilitate staff education, training programs, and professional development opportunities.Act as a resource and escalation point for complex clinical situations and emergency response activities.Prepare reports, maintain records, and communicate operational updates to nursing leadership and hospital management.Promote a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field(preferred).
