Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager capacity. Must have spent the last 4–5 years managing multiple Corporate Banking testing projects, with hands-on exposure to Corporate Internet Banking and Corporate Payments. Strong functional experience across Corporate Internet Banking, Corporate Payments, Host-to-Host Integrations, API Banking, Cash Management, and Trade Finance (preferred). Proven expertise in test effort estimation, test strategy and planning, test execution governance, risk and dependency management, test metrics, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Strong understanding and practical application of QA processes, methodologies, defect management, and quality governance. Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing automation strategy, with active involvement in automation project delivery within the last 2 years. Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with tools such as JIRA. Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.
