Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, is self-directed and organized, and can manage multiple priorities. They must have strong experience with identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, AWS IAM), authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Federation), and proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash). Experience with identity lifecycle automation, group policy management, access governance, federated identity, MFA, conditional access, and directory sync processes is also required. Familiarity with IAM frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls is beneficial.
