About the job: To provide full support to Bare Fleet department to assurance for ADNOC L&S with the highest emphasis on safety and routine daily jobs related to office and associated equipment, offshore operators and documentation. Job specific accountabilities 1: Focal point at Abu Dhabi office for any support required for barge fleet operations. Primary responsibility is to coordinate and support all operational requirements of barge fleet operated by the company. Provide technical support to the Barge Superintendent / Engineers by liaising with various internal stakeholders within the company and with the contractors. Barge and vessel requirement of materials (operational materials and consumables). Creating MRs / PRs / Call of Orders for any requirements for the barge fleet. Arrange air tickets with specified travel agency as per company procedure upon request from site employees. Coordinate with warehouse and arrange materials upon request received from sites. Arrange the necessary training for all members (HSE and work related). Preparation and follow up of crews' rotational cycle. HSE requirement and implementation. PPE preparation for all employees. Follow up with incident management team. Job specific accountabilities 2: Follow up any near miss case report by employees or outsider. All general requirements such as security pass / Abu Dhabi port pass entry permits to be arranged in time. All the tools and equipment to be arranged either from warehouse or generate local order to facilitate daily operations. Maintain daily head count on board including catering team, barge crews and maintenance team. Maintain record for jack up barge and cargo barge as well. Provide support to technical team for preparing the tender document of technical specification for any purchases. Ensure documentation of all requisition for barge fleet with split of individual barges. Maintain reports including HSE performance, utilization of barges, maintenance days, consumption data, off-hire statistics etc. Preparing statistical presentation for management as and when needed. Providing regular support to division leads for day-to-day operational needs. Responsible for overall seaworthiness of the vessel and soundness of the structure. Ensuring modifications are done in a professional manner, consistent with statutory rules, recorded, and approved by management and relevant regulatory authorities, including the recording of weights for maintenance of vessel stability and load line requirements. Support in setting up facilities and necessary equipment in the Marine Coordination office. Free issue voice communication system, vessel tracking system and other coordination software & hardware. Planning of marine coordination resource. Job specific accountabilities 3: Ensures that the required entries in the marine logs are made. Responsible for providing day-to-day training as required of national personnel. Assesses reports and coordinates actions to minimize and control damage. Participates in meetings and drills as a member of an emergency team. Makes recommendations for continuous improvement to the Integrity Management System (IMS). Offshore survival and medical certificates as mandated by government/client regulations are required. Arrange and optimize supply and delivery of bunkers for time chartered vessels. Provide timely and accurate reports on vessel movements and performance including anticipated arrival and departure timing, data. Maintain updated and accurate information in relevant accounting systems to ensure. Maintain records of barge movement daily basis data. Job specific accountabilities 4: Act as mock drill, assembly point controller and head counts. Assisting in relation to daily issues as well as weekly and monthly notices to be issued out. Liaising with the HSE Management in its duties in relation to offshore activities, exercises, incidents & in preparing various plans as necessary. Responsible for management of personnel tracking and operation of the vessel coordination system. Responsible for monitoring and coordinating vessel traffic, personnel and materials to and from the offshore site. Determining the numbers of support vessels, guard ships etc. needed offshore in coordination with the Site & commissioning project management. Marine coordination duties for the project, this will be on a 24 hour/day basis with a duty telephone for the out-of-hours response. Minimum requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent. At least 5 years of technical experience in office jobs. Analytical, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills. Ability to respond positively to events in an effective manner. Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Provide after office hours support as and when the business requires. Good communication skills to enable communication with team members. Proficient in English (good command, both spoken and written). MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook experience.
