Requires a WOSTEP Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Horology, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a watchmaker. Experience with Rolex watches is a plus. Must have knowledge of watchmaking machines and tools, good written and spoken English, and good computer skills (MS OS).
