Job purpose
To be responsible for an EYFS or primary class, delivering high-quality teaching that inspires curiosity, builds confidence and leads to exceptional outcomes and progress for every student.
Skills description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Demonstrate secure and up-to-date knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage or the National Curriculum for England within the Primary Phase
Plan and deliver consistently high-quality, innovative teaching and learning, while collaborating with colleagues and sharing effective practice
Use assessment information and student data effectively to personalise learning, address individual needs and maximise progress
Model a high-performance mindset through reflective practice, resilience and a consistently solution-focused approach within a culture of high expectations
Promote and safeguard the welfare, wellbeing, and personal and social development of every student
Build positive, professional relationships with students, colleagues and parents through clear communication and excellent interpersonal skills

Contribute actively to the culture and life of GEMS Royal Dubai School, including its extracurricular programme and community events
