Candidates with expertise in General Podiatry, Diabetic Foot Care, Wound Care, Biomechanics, Gait Assessment, Orthotics, and Foot and Ankle Rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.ROLE OVERVIEWThe successful candidate will provide specialist Podiatry and Foot & Ankle care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of foot, ankle, nail, skin, gait, biomechanical, and musculoskeletal conditions.Provide comprehensive diabetic foot assessment, screening, ulcer prevention, wound care support, and patient education.Assess and manage high-risk feet and support the prevention and management of diabetic foot complications.Conduct gait and biomechanical assessments and develop appropriate orthotic, footwear, offloading, and rehabilitation plans.Provide podiatric procedures and treatments according to professional scope, clinical expertise, and UAE regulations.Support the management of sports-related foot and ankle conditions, pressure-related injuries, calluses, corns, and other common podiatric conditions.Collaborate with Endocrinology, Vascular Surgery, Orthopaedics, Rehabilitation, Wound Care, Physiotherapy, and other multidisciplinary teams.Provide patient education on foot health, footwear, diabetic foot prevention, self-care, and long-term foot health management.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, equipment, and clinical governance standards.Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and service development activities.
