Required Skills

Medical degree with recognised postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics.Fellowship/subspecialty qualification in Pediatric Endocrinology preferred.Strong consultant-level experience in Pediatric Endocrinology.Proven experience managing complex pediatric endocrine and metabolic conditions.Western qualifications such as UK CCT/CCST, Irish, American Board, or Canadian Board are preferred.Must meet the requirements for Consultant-level DoH licensing in Abu Dhabi.Excellent clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Providing consultant-level diagnosis and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders in children.Managing conditions including pediatric diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth and puberty disorders, obesity, adrenal disorders, and metabolic conditions.Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalised treatment plans.Providing long-term follow-up and monitoring of patients.Working closely with paediatricians, dietitians, nurses, geneticists, and other multidisciplinary specialists.Providing education and counselling to children and their families.Participating in clinical quality improvement, teaching, and service development.
