Requirements

ScopeThe Project Cargo and Heavy Lift Executive or Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of project cargo and heavy lift movements, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in line with customer and company requirements..ResponsibilitiesProvides the organization of the work to be carried out on Project cargo loading.Coordinate daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments (land, sea, or air).Prepare and review transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.Work closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability, pricing, and scheduling.Monitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated.Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards.Maintain documentation including shipping documents, reports, and permits.Assist in budgeting, costing, and final job closure.Support project managers with reports and updates.Adhere to Safety, Health and Quality standards of the company.Awareness of Business Continuity Plan in place.KPI'sOn-time delivery performance (%)Zero accident or safety incident rateCost variance per project (planned vs actual)Accuracy and completeness of documentationCustomer satisfaction scoreNumber of claims or damages per projectVendor performance and service qualityQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field1–3 years experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operationsFamiliar with MS Office and logistics softwareKnowledge of HSE standards in logisticsGood spoken and written English
