Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce.Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred.Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years as an Accounting Manager.Previous experience in large agricultural companies and fresh produce export packing houses is mandatory.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.Solid experience in agricultural cost accounting, inventory accounting, production accounting, and export accounting.In-depth knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and variance analysis.Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Lead and manage a team of more than 30 accountants, ensuring high performance, productivity, and continuous development.Working Days: Six days per week (Saturday to Thursday)The company provides transportation on the following routes: (Alexandria – El Agamy – Abu El Matamir – Kafr El-Dawwar).The company provides single accommodation for employees relocating from outside the area.
Description
Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations across the company.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Develop and present financial reports and analyses to executive management.Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and accounting procedures.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking activities, and bank reconciliations.Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and analyze budget variances.Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.Supervise tax filings and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial processes.Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance.
