We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Bilingual Copywriter (English & Arabic) to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling, accurate, and conversion-driven content across multiple channels, supporting the company's growth across the Middle East.The successful candidate will work closely with Digital Marketing, Design, Sales, and Compliance teams to develop content that enhances brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and client retention while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & CopywritingWrite and adapt high-quality marketing copy in both English and Arabic.Develop content for: Landing pages, Website pages, Ad copy, Email campaigns, Push notification, In-app messages, Social media posts, Video scripts, Advertisements, Event and webinar promotionsProduce compelling copy that drives acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.Campaign SupportCollaborate with Digital Marketing teams on paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Support product launches, trading promotions, market events, webinars, and educational initiatives.Create campaign messaging aligned with customer personas and regional market needs.Brand & LocalizationEnsure consistency of brand voice across all communications.Adapt global campaigns into culturally relevant and locally appropriate content for Arabic-speaking markets.Review and refine translations to ensure linguistic accuracy and brand consistency.Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all content complies with financial services regulations and internal compliance requirements.Maintain high editorial standards regarding grammar, style, accuracy, and clarity.Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams during content approvals.Performance OptimizationAnalyze engagement and conversion metrics.Continuously test and optimize messaging through A/B testing and campaign performance insights.Utilize AI-assisted content tools responsibly to enhance productivity and content quality.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Business, or a related field.Experience4+ years of copywriting, content marketing, journalism, or related experience.Experience in financial services, fintech, brokerage, trading, banking, cryptocurrency, or investment sectors is highly preferred.Proven portfolio demonstrating English and Arabic copywriting capabilities.SkillsNative or near-native Arabic proficiency.Excellent written English.Strong storytelling and persuasive writing skills.Understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journeys.Familiarity with content optimization.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience writing for forex, CFDs, stocks, commodities, or investment products.Experience with AI content tools and marketing automation platforms.Understanding of regional financial market trends and investor behavior.
