Capable of supervising No. of subcontractors or supervisors in the same time. Preparing IR’s, MIR’s and PR’s. Check project QS sheets. Monitoring project budget. Monitoring materials and making follow up of using all. Monitoring stores with supplied materials and making follow up sheets. Capable of reviewing shop drawings made by outsourcing.Preparing the project equipment with arrange with Construction manager. Preparing for all project invoices and payment with arranging with Construction manager. Preparing technical submittals and any design or document required for the project. Arrange with the service department all erection and commissioning required recourses.Preparing O&M at project close out.
