RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.10+ years of construction experience, including proven Project Management experience.Strong experience managing projects from start to completion.Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of construction, contracts, cost control, and project scheduling.Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and Microsoft Office.Good command of English and Arabic.Competitive package based on experience.

Project Manager – ConstructionLocation: 6th of October City, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a new construction project in 6th of October City from mobilization through final handover.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the project from planning and mobilization through completion and handover.Lead and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones.Ensure construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, quality, and HSE requirements.Monitor progress, costs, procurement, and resource allocation.Manage technical issues, variations, delays, and project risks.Lead regular coordination and progress meetings.Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.Provide regular progress reports to management.
