What you'll be doing Create and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and in line with brand and category requirements. Monitor PO status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all records are maintained and reconciled. Track stock levels across stores and warehouses to maintain optimal availability of core and hero products. Initiate replenishment orders based on sales trends, stock coverage, and upcoming activations. Track shipment and delivery schedules to guarantee on-time availability for launch dates. Manage timing and logistics for new product launches in collaboration with brand, logistics, and retail teams. Collect and consolidate sales, stock, and purchase data to support category planning and decision-making. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Share regular reports and key insights with management and cross-functional teams.
