DescriptionAmazon Now team is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and driven candidate to join our Vendor Operations team. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including In-Stock Managers, Vendor Managers, and Site Merchandisers, to optimize processes and drive performance across key product categories.The Vendor Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting vendor success by ensuring operational excellence across multiple touchpoints. This includes managing procurement activities, monitoring in-stock performance, supporting content updates, and leveraging data analysis to enable informed decision-making.The role also involves working directly with vendors to maintain strong relationships, support negotiations, and identify opportunities for growth and process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and is passionate about delivering results that enhance both vendor and customer experience.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of vendor management, or 2+ years of relevant discipline work experience Knowledge of Excel skills to be able to refine data and prepare business reports Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing timePreferred Qualifications Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau Experience in supply chain such as contracting, demand management and/or planning and procurement, and supply chain operations Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management Problem-solving mindset with ability to drive process improvementsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
