Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience in structural design, preferably for building projects. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software like ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000, along with AutoCAD, is required. Knowledge of Revit Structure/BIM is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills are essential.
Description
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete and steel structures.Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and technical documentation.Develop and review structural drawings and details.Coordinate structural designs with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.Identify and resolve design clashes and technical issues.Ensure structural designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.Use structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.Prepare and review structural details using AutoCAD and preferably Revit Structure.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents when required.Respond to technical queries and provide appropriate engineering solutions.Participate in design coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure all assigned design deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines.Support senior engineers and the structural design team in delivering project requirements.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering.3–5 years of relevant experience in structural design, preferably in building projects.Good knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure design.Good understanding of structural analysis principles and engineering standards.Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or similar structural design software.Good knowledge of AutoCAD.Knowledge of Revit Structure/BIM is preferred.Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Good communication and coordination skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering work.
