Description
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stocksMaintain strong internal relationships with fellow management and ensure effective communication and cooperation with all cross functional departments pertaining to warehousing process management and improvementReview documentation and monitor product quality codes to search for deviationsTroubleshoot quality discrepancies between physical stock and system recordsInvestigate where the demand is in the warehouse and what the potential risks areDevelop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and cut operations costsEnsure that all inter warehouse transfers are correctly keyed, and the accuracy of stock is maintained and reported correctly to the customersDevelop enhancements to ensure efficient, cost effective operation and utilization of spaceDevelop and implement methods to maintain accurate inventory levels at the facility for all the activities, meeting internal and external KPI targetsInspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages (e.g., Passive packaging, pallets, shrink wrap, gel-packs, labels etc)Develop and implement innovative methods of digitalizing inventory processes (e.g., Cycle counts, annual inventory counts, documentation, reports)Ensure stock movements on WMS are performed correctly matching with physical stock movements.
