Requirements

With its headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, the company serves utility-scale, commercial, and residential clients, offering reliable, high-quality renewable energy solutions and long-term technical support.Role Description: The BESS Engineer (Battery Energy Storage System Engineer) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hurghada. This position is responsible for designing, engineering, and optimizing BESS solutions integrated with solar PV systems, including system sizing, component selection, and performance modeling. Daily tasks include preparing detailed technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications; conducting site assessments and feasibility studies; and supporting installation teams with technical guidance during construction and commissioning. The BESS Engineer collaborates with project managers, procurement, and EPC partners to ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety requirements, and client specifications.
