This is an outsourced Civil Engineer position focused on overseeing civil maintenance and projects within a factory. The role involves supervising ongoing and upcoming projects, coordinating with contractors, monitoring site progress and quality, and managing multiple work locations simultaneously. Requirements
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil engineering.3–5 years of relevant experience in construction / civil works.Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site activities.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively within a team and under project deadlines.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Good command of English.Preferred QualificationsExperience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.Experience in quantity surveying, BOQ, and contractor coordination.Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project is an advantage.Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and construction documentation.
