Requirements
Native or fluent Mandarin speaker with mandatory previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry and in a Conversion or Retention sales role. Requires strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills, computer literacy, ability to work in a target-driven environment, strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and knowledge of CRM systems, trading platforms, global financial markets, and online trading products.
