La Vita Landscapes is looking for a Site Engineer to manage the day-to-day execution of landscape projects and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily landscape project activities on-site.Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, designs and specifications.Manage site manpower, materials, tools and equipment.Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.Coordinate hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting and other landscape works.Check quality of workmanship and ensure proper installation and finishing.Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate solutions with the project team.Take site measurements and maintain daily progress records.Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials meet project requirements.Prepare site reports, progress updates and required documentation.Coordinate inspections and client/consultant approvals.Ensure proper health, safety and housekeeping standards on-site.Support project managers with planning, costing, variations and project handover.Requirements3+ years of experience in landscape construction/project execution.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture or a related field.Good understanding of landscape construction, irrigation, hardscape and softscape works.Ability to read and understand landscape drawings and technical details.Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.Good communication and team-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under project deadlines.UAE/Dubai experience is an advantage.UAE driving licence is required.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer who can take ownership of site execution, coordinate teams and subcontractors, solve problems quickly, maintain quality and ensure every landscape project is delivered to the required standard and schedule.
