Requirements
Requires a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal/Gym Trainer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Lagree certification or proven professional experience is highly preferred. Strong background in fitness, pre- and postnatal training, rehabilitation, mobility, and corrective exercise is essential. Previous experience with private clients, VIPs, or UHNWI families is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maturity, and professional presentation are required.

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Pilates & Lagree Trainer / Personal Trainer to work with a Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) family in a private household setting.The successful candidate will primarily work with the Principal, providing personalized training focused on strength, mobility, flexibility, posture, conditioning, rehabilitation, and overall wellness.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct personalized one-to-one Pilates, Lagree, and personal training sessions for the Principal.Design and implement structured fitness programs based on individual goals, fitness level, and physical needs.Incorporate strength, mobility, flexibility, posture correction, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention exercises into training plans.Provide pre- and postnatal fitness support, where required.Assess progress and adjust programs as the Principal's needs and objectives evolve.Coordinate training around the Principal's daily schedule, travel, and commitments.Ensure training equipment and the workout environment are properly maintained and organized.Collaborate with assistants, household staff, physiotherapists, wellness professionals, and other trainers when required.Maintain complete confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.Be prepared to train a limited number of additional family members, subject to the family's requirements.RequirementsIdeally 25–30 AgedMinimum 3 years of professional experience.Certified Pilates Instructor and Personal/Gym Trainer.Lagree certification or proven professional experience is highly preferred.Strong background in fitness, pre- and postnatal training, rehabilitation, mobility, and corrective exercise.Excellent understanding of anatomy, movement, strength training, and body conditioning.Previous experience with private clients, VIPs, UHNWI families, or principals is strongly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Energetic, mature, polished, and professionally presented.Comfortable working within a private residence and alongside a household team.Strong professional references and recognized qualifications.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Long-term opportunity within a premium private household.Professional and supportive working environment.Potential travel opportunities with the family, depending on requirements.
