Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics. Optimize freight, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics processes. Coordinate monthly material requirements with Planning and Production teams. Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Production, Planning, and Finance. Develop contingency and risk-mitigation plans. Manage and optimize ERP/SAP procurement and supply chain processes. Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers, planners, and logistics professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Supplier ManagementDevelop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and services, balancing cost, quality, availability, and business requirements.Lead negotiations with local and international suppliers covering pricing, payment terms, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.Monitor global paper and raw material markets to anticipate price movements, availability challenges, and supply risks.Establish and manage supplier evaluation, qualification, performance monitoring, and audit processes to ensure reliability, quality, competitiveness, and compliance.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and sustainability requirements, including FSC and ISO standards.Supply Chain & Logistics ManagementManage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics, including the import of kraft paper and other production materials and the export of finished bags to customers.Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs, including lead times, inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery.Optimize freight, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics processes to reduce costs, minimize delays, and improve service levels.Coordinate monthly material requirements with Planning and Production teams to ensure uninterrupted production and optimum inventory levels.Strategic & Operational ManagementDrive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, supply chain, and logistics operations.Collaborate with Sales, Production, Planning, and Finance to align demand forecasts, production requirements, inventory levels, and supply capabilities.Develop contingency and risk-mitigation plans addressing supply disruptions, foreign exchange fluctuations, raw material price volatility, and logistics delays.Manage and optimize ERP/SAP procurement and supply chain processes to improve visibility, control, and operational efficiency.Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers, planners, and logistics professionals, establishing clear objectives, performance standards, and accountability.Contribute to strategic business decisions related to sourcing, supplier development, inventory management, logistics, and overall supply chain performance.
