JOB OBJECTIVE:Perform & ensures his own compliance of HSE & BCM programs, legislative, standard and company policy requirements, making sure risks in the workplace are properly controlled. Ensure employers comply with all aspects of health, safety & environment laws and that workplaces are not the cause of ill health, injury or even death and environment damageKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Prepares and timely circulates HSEQ & BCM Monthly Performance by collecting and analysing required data and statistics from different departments and facilities.Organizes HSEQ meetings (including HSEQ internal meetings, HSE Steering Committee meetings) and maintains the HSE performance management calendar to ensure that all of the required reporting/meeting deadlines are met.Maintains Action Tracking Register (ATR) and prepare incident/hazard trend analysis by collecting data from Hazard and Near-Miss Reports. Develop performance management information to give visibility to team performance on action close out.Maintains, reviews and updates HSEQ & BCM documentation and information on Tabreed DMS. Updates of the HSE Risk Register through reviews and editsCoordinates and communicates HSEQ & BCM training (including HSE e-Learning) for Tabreed personnel, subsidiaries and JVs.Supports development of HSEQ & BCM initiatives & Campaigns e.g. development and delivery of HSE presentationsJOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / HSE related.Certification in HSE like NEBOSH.Minimum Experience:3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in a similar industry.
