Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.6–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or a similar role.Previous managerial or team leadership experience is required.Experience within medical clinics, hospitals, dental clinics, aesthetic clinics, or healthcare organizations is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and patient-flow management.Proven experience managing teams and operational KPIs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with healthcare management systems or ERP/CRM platforms is a plus.Excellent command of English is preferred.

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced OPD Manager to oversee and manage the operational performance of the OPD function across the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality patient service, effective team coordination, and compliance with healthcare and clinical standards.The OPD Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing resources, monitoring team performance, coordinating with clinical and administrative departments, and ensuring that operational processes support both patient satisfaction and business objectives.The ideal candidate should have strong healthcare operations experience, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of clinic workflows and performance management.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations of the OPD function and ensure smooth clinic workflow.Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency.Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure optimal utilization of staff, facilities, equipment, and other operational resources.Coordinate with management to achieve operational and business targets.Identify operational risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.Team Management & LeadershipLead, supervise, and develop the OPD team to ensure high performance and productivity.Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members.Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate training programs.Ensure proper staffing levels and effective shift planning.Patient ExperienceEnsure patients receive a smooth, professional, and high-quality service throughout their clinic journey.Monitor patient feedback, complaints, and service issues and ensure timely resolution.Work closely with the Customer Experience and Front Office teams to improve patient satisfaction.Develop initiatives to improve patient retention and overall patient experience.Clinical & Operational CoordinationCoordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, reception, customer service, finance, and other departments.Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and administrative operations.Monitor appointment flow, patient waiting times, and clinic capacity.Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving clinic productivity and operational efficiency.Performance & KPI ManagementDevelop and monitor operational KPIs and performance dashboards.Analyze operational data and prepare regular performance reports for management.Track productivity, utilization, patient flow, waiting times, service quality, and other relevant KPIs.Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to address them.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the ODP function.Quality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and applicable clinical and operational standards.Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, documentation, and operational quality.Conduct regular operational checks and follow up on identified issues.Ensure all incidents, complaints, and operational risks are properly documented and escalated.Support internal and external audits when required.Inventory & Resource ManagementMonitor the availability and proper utilization of medical and operational supplies.Coordinate with Procurement and Finance to ensure adequate stock levels.Minimize operational waste and unnecessary costs.Ensure proper handling and maintenance of clinic equipment and resources.Reporting & Management SupportPrepare weekly and monthly operational reports.Provide management with insights and recommendations based on operational data.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.Participate in strategic planning and operational improvement projects.
