Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development. Proven exposure to organizational design, restructuring, job analysis, performance, and talent frameworks is essential, preferably within large, multi-country, and multicultural organizations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluent English are required, with Arabic being a plus. Knowledge of OD practices, job architecture, competency frameworks, and performance systems, coupled with strong analytical, documentation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project management skills, are key requirements.
