Requirements
UX/UI Design: Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user experiences for mobile applications, websites, and other digital products.User-Centred Design: Conduct user research, analyse user behaviour and feedback, and translate findings into effective design solutions that improve usability and customer experience.Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.Design Systems: Develop and maintain consistent design systems, UI components, typography, colour guidelines, and visual standards across digital platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and other internal teams to understand business requirements and ensure designs are implemented accurately.Mobile & Web Design: Create responsive designs and ensure a consistent, seamless user experience across mobile applications, websites, and different screen sizes.Usability & Accessibility: Apply UX best practices and accessibility principles to create simple, inclusive, and easy-to-use digital experiences.Design Testing & Improvement: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine designs based on user and business needs.Developer Handoff: Prepare detailed design specifications, assets, and prototypes and work closely with developers throughout the implementation process to ensure design accuracy.
