Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai/UAE, preferably in landscaping luxury villas and high-end residential projects. Proven experience in landscape and swimming pool design and execution. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. Solid knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills. Strong attention to detail and high aesthetic sense for luxury outdoor spaces.
Description
