Certification in HR Technology, Microsoft Power Platform, or Digital Transformation. 4-6 years of experience in HR systems, HR technology, business analysis, HR operations, process improvement, digital transformation, or related roles. Experience gathering business requirements, supporting HR system implementations, enhancements, testing, user adoption, developing training materials, user documentation, and change communication plans. Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders is desirable, as is experience in a healthcare, hospital, or multi-site service environment, and with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and multiple HR Systems is required.

The role partners with HR leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and enhance the effectiveness of HR systems and digital tools.The role coordinates activities across the solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process mapping, end-user acceptance testing, training, documentation, change management, communications, and first-line post-implementation support.
