The role partners with HR leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and enhance the effectiveness of HR systems and digital tools.The role coordinates activities across the solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process mapping, end-user acceptance testing, training, documentation, change management, communications, and first-line post-implementation support.
