Job description:JOB PURPOSELead business origination efforts by identifying new leads, engaging partners, and building a sustainable pipeline to support ATFP's mandate.Structure, execute, and monitor trade finance transactions, ensuring alignment with product frameworks and full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIESKey AccountabilitiesProactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with financial institutions, corporates, and strategic partners.Structure and execute trade finance transactions in coordination with Credit, Risk, and Legal functions to ensure proper due diligence and compliance.Manage and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progress toward origination targets.Monitor transaction performance and sales activities, and prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.Support cross-functional teams in developing and enhancing trade finance products based on market feedback and client needs.Implement call-back actions or corrective measures where sales targets are not sustainably met or transactions underperform.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and transaction status to ensure effective tracking and reporting.Ensure all trade sales and transaction processes comply with ATFP's operational policies, compliance guidelines, and risk management frameworks.Support the development and continuous improvement of procedures related to business origination and transaction execution.Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, including Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations.Support client relationship management activities to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely service delivery and proactive issue resolution.   JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSKnowledge and Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in trade finance sales, corporate banking, or business development.Fluency in both Arabic and English.Strong expertise in client relationship management, deal structuring, and pipeline management.Proven experience in structuring trade finance solutions and collaborating closely with Credit, Risk, and Legal teams.EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or a related field.   CompetenciesAdaptability (Proficient) Cash Flow Management (Intermediate) Collaboration (Proficient) Effective Communication (Proficient) Financial Industry and Market Knowledge (Intermediate) Knowledge of AMF Financial Systems (Intermediate) Professionalism (Proficient) Regional Trade Integration (Intermediate) Regulatory Compliance (Intermediate) Results Orientation (Proficient) Stakeholder Engagement (Proficient) Trade Finance Management (Intermediate) Trade Policy Development (Intermediate)
