China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring a Project Manager-Main Line for major Railway project.Responsibilities:Direct overall construction activities for mainline railway works, including earthworks, formation, embankments, trackbed, bridges, culverts, drainage and associated infrastructure.Lead construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones and productivity targets.Develop and implement construction strategies, methodologies, sequencing and resource plans.Coordinate with Design, Planning, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE and Rail Systems teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Monitor programme progress, identify delays and implement recovery and mitigation measures.Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and railway authority requirements.Manage interfaces between civil works, track, signaling, power, telecom and other railway systems.Oversee construction risks, temporary works, site logistics and construction readiness.Coordinate with Client, Consultant, authorities and key stakeholders on construction matters.Drive HSE performance, quality assurance, productivity and cost control.Support testing, commissioning, handover and close-out activities.Requirement:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.20+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in major railway/infrastructure projects.Proven experience in mainline railway, high-speed rail or major railway infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of railway construction methodologies, civil works, track interfaces and project delivery.Experience with large multidisciplinary teams and major subcontractors.
