Steward
Join our dynamic team as a Steward and play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining high hygiene standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What you will be doing:
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware to maintain hygiene standards
Assist chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean equipment
Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing and kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and workstations
Handle and operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely
Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly while following hotel sustainability guidelines
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ensuring proper stock rotation
Perform additional duties as required to support the kitchen team
