Job description
AAESS is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated secondary chemistry/ICT teacher to join our team from August 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, innovative, and high-quality chemistry or ICT lessons. We are looking for a dynamic educator who can inspire students, develop their digital skills and computational thinking, and foster a confident, responsible approach to technology and digital learning.

Al Ain English Speaking School is one of the oldest schools in Al Ain with a reputation that goes beyond the city boundaries. It sits in the ‘Garden City’ renowned for being an oasis in the desert. Role overview
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate, and creative teacher of chemistry or computer science of the highest quality to join our supportive and innovative team. Established in 1979, AAESS is one of the founding British schools in Al Ain and is highly regarded by the local community for its pioneering approach to education.
AAESS is a DfE-registered BSO school and holds a very good inspection rating.
We are extremely proud of our students, who consistently achieve Gold Duke of Edinburgh Awards and Cambridge and Pearson Highest in the UAE, Middle East, and World awards across a range of subjects.
The successful applicant will:
