Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment preferred. Strong attendance, reliability, and dependability. Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment. High attention to detail and quality of work. Ability to learn technical repair and assembly procedures. Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple job functions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures.
