Job Summary
You will be responsible for supporting analytical engineering activities by reviewing project documentation, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and providing technical guidance to the Center of Excellence (COE) team for Process Gas Chromatograph (PGL) and Hydrocarbon (HC) analytical scope.
This position plays a key role in improving engineering processes, supporting material procurement activities, and driving standardization across analytical engineering documentation and project execution.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Review project documentation and provide technical guidance to the COE team for PGL and HC analytical applications.
- Ensure engineering deliverables and documentation comply with project specifications and customer requirements.
- Support and guide the procurement process for analytical system materials and components.
- Recommend improvements to project execution processes and collaborate closely with integration centers.
- Establish and strengthen communication channels with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Manage and support COE Lead Engineers assigned to project execution activities.
- Oversee engineering, design, and documentation activities related to analytical projects.
- Analyze project execution gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve project performance.
- Ensure standardization and quality of engineering documents and deliverables.
- Monitor project submission schedules to achieve on-time delivery objectives.
- Maintain project status reports and KPI records on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Support resource planning activities to ensure project workload and team capacity remain aligned.
- Recommend resource adjustments to optimize productivity and project delivery.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in an analytical systems or analytical engineering environment.
- Knowledge of analytical sampling system design, including liquid analyzers, gas analyzers, and gas chromatograph systems.
- Experience with analytical products, systems, and associated engineering documentation.
- Strong understanding of project engineering, technical documentation, and customer specifications.
