Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a spray painter in the marine, yacht, shipyard, or automotive industry.Knowledge of marine paint systems, primers, topcoats, and anti-fouling coatings.Ability to use airless and conventional spray painting equipment.Good understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques.Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights when required.Basic communication skills in English.

Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, masking, cleaningMix and apply marine paints, primers, and coatings using spray equipment.Operate spray guns, compressors, and related painting tools safely and efficiently.Ensure paint thickness and finish meet quality and manufacturer standards.Carry out touch-ups, repairs, and repainting as required.Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to complete jobs on schedule.
