Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor's in engineering with zero years of related experience. Must be able to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person and have legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Science Engineering, a GPA of 3.0 or above, prior internship experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Apply technical expertise in the production of products. 
  • Select, design or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to reduce problems and costs.
  • Recommend design changes to increase quality or reduce problems and costs.
  • Solve production problems and improve process capabilities.
  • Participate in the presentation of test results and design reviews.
  • Interact with other functional groups, vendors, or customers.
  • Participate in the administration of technical procedures.
  • Initiate and implement routine engineering change authorizations.
  • Support capacity model and lean initiatives. May participate in lean six sigma improvement teams.
  • May interact with teammates in numerous global locations
