Job Purpose:Responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs for Parts staff, covering Toyota parts operations, inventory control, warehouse management, Kaizen practices, and customer service. The role supports dealership Parts Managers, Consultants, and support teams in maintaining Toyota standards, achieving required certifications, and improving daily Parts operationsKey Responsibilities:Deliver in-person training sessions covering Toyota Parts21 and DPOK programs, inventory control, and customer service best practicesPrepare Parts staff for the required Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) certifications and support them in meeting certification standardsContinuously review, update, and improve training materials in line with the latest automotive technologies and operational requirementsMaintain accurate trainee records and development data and provide individual feedback to support continuous improvementMonitor and evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance after trainingEnsure compliance with safety rules and regulations within the training facility and proper utilization and maintenance of training tools and equipmentConduct dealer visits to evaluate the performance of Parts & Accessories teams Prepare reports on certified staff performance across service centersConduct the annual Frontline Skills Contest and support the Training Department with other contest categoriesQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with an Automotive major3–5 years of experience in Parts operations or Parts training, preferably with exposure to training or teaching academiesDeep understanding of Toyota systems and the Kaizen mindsetStrong ability and confidence in delivering live training sessionsPrevious training or instructional experience is preferredGood command of written and spoken EnglishExcellent presentation, communication, and instructional skillsStrong organizational and team management abilitiesGood leadership and time-management skillsReports to: Non-Technical Training Manager
