Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Must have strong Jira Administration experience including Jira Software and Jira Service Management, JQL, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting. Confluence administration knowledge is also required, along with an understanding of REST APIs, integrations, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, and ITIL processes. Experience in an enterprise environment and in banking/financial services is preferred.

Our 90%+ talent retention rate and 60% cost savings speak to our commitment to quality and long-term partnership.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister Jira projects, workflows, issue types, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications.Manage users, groups, roles, and access controls.Configure Jira Service Management, workflows, SLAs, queues, and request types.Create dashboards, reports, filters, and JQL queries.Develop Jira automation rules and improve business workflows.Support Jira integrations with Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, APIs, and other enterprise systems.Troubleshoot Jira performance, configuration, workflow, and integration issues.Perform Jira upgrades, maintenance, and configuration management.Provide user support, training, and technical documentation.Required SkillsStrong Jira Administration experience.Jira Software & Jira Service Management.JQL, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.Confluence administration.Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and ITIL processes.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Enterprise environment experience preferred.Banking/financial services experience is an advantage.
