Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or Business Management, or equivalent training/experience. Must have 7-10 years of EPCIC experience in Onshore or Offshore Oil and Gas or Power Generation projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, advanced Excel features, and the ability to produce and analyze logically linked activity schedules, progress curves, variance reports, and critical paths are essential. Experience with LNG or Topside Fabrication projects is preferred.

Job Overview:

The Senior Planner uses McDermott's Planning/Scheduling discipline practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the Planning/Scheduling discipline within McDermott. They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Planning/Scheduling discipline. They solve complex problems and use their discipline-specific knowledge to improve their products or services. The Senior Planner impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities with the Planning/Scheduling team and other related teams and ensures that they are working within the appropriate guidelines and policies.
