In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cultivation and harvesting of date palms, ensuring the farm operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities
Supervise daily farm operations, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting of date palms.
Train and manage farm workers on best agricultural practices and safety protocols.
