Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel product development, holiday packaging, tour operations, or a similar role within the tourism sector
Proven experience building and managing fixed departures and multi-destination packages
Strong destination knowledge across Europe, Far East Asia, Australia, and beyond
Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticketing
Proven track record of creating and launching profitable holiday products that meet market demand
Exceptional negotiation and supplier-relationship management skills
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills, especially under pressure
Able to run travel files independently, from enquiry to completion
Detail-oriented, organised, and calm when files become complicated
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage
Currently based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
