Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.2–4 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.Good knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and PTW.NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification is preferred.Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.Good command of Microsoft Office.
Description
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across the workplace.Conduct regular HSE inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.Perform risk assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.Monitor compliance with PPE, safety procedures, and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and identify root causes.Recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness sessions.Support emergency preparedness, fire safety, and emergency drills.Prepare and maintain HSE reports, inspection records, and incident documentation.Monitor HSE KPIs and support continuous improvement of workplace safety.
