Managing and monitoring all types of Microsoft Solutions (Windows server/Client, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and So On. …).Managing Endpoint Security and Protection Tools.Monitors server logs to view trends and anticipate future server/disk drive issues; configure new servers, both hosts and virtual servers.Hand Experience of antivirus administration (Kaspersky).Experience with data center servers, SAN, and NAS storage administration (HPE, IBM, and QNAP).Expert knowledge & hands-on for firewalls. (Cyberoam and Sophos).Knowledge of web application firewalls, load balancers.understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocol.Experience in configuring and troubleshooting IPSEC VPN tunnels and VPN clients.Data Switches Configuration & Administration and Inter VLAN routing.Hand Experience in office 365 administration.Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (SolarWinds, PRTG).Handles virtualization technology (VMWare).Experience with VOIP (Avaya is preferred).Good Knowledge of Aruba & Cisco switches, access points, and wireless controllers.Experience with backup solutions (Symantec, Veeam).Excellent troubleshooting (PC, LAPTOP, Printer [Xerox& HP]) and End-user problem-solving.
