Requirements
Key Responsibilities Conduct technical training sessions for technicians, service staff, and other after-sales personnel. Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, practical demos, and assessments. Deliver technical content related to automotive mechanical and electronic systems, with emphasis on heavy commercial vehicles. Assess training needs and create programs that enhance service quality and technical performance. Manage training systems, tools, and aids to ensure smooth execution of sessions. Evaluate trainees’ performance, provide feedback, and maintain training records. Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and technical updates. Support continuous improvement initiatives in the after-sales department.
